Lisa entered the interior design world in 2006, starting her Austin-based firm Lisa Parker Interiors, after a 13-year career as a ballerina with Ballet Austin. Much like her versatility in both classical and modern dance, she fuses her love for both traditional and modern design to create elegant spaces by mixing vintage and antique finds with new, modern pieces and textiles.

Lisa strives to make each project unique while reflecting her clients tastes and needs. Her firm accepts a wide range of projects, and she is accomplished in working hand-in-hand with architects and builders to manage larger construction projects from start to completion.

As a wife and mother of two teenage boys and rescue dogs, Lisa knows the importance of creating both beautiful and functional spaces that can hold up to the rigors of a family.
